Group Facilitation
"Trust that meaningful conversations can change your world.
Rely on human goodness. Stay together."
- Margaret J. Wheatley
“There is no power greater than a community discovering what it cares about.
Ask “What’s possible?” not “What’s wrong?” Keep asking.
Notice what you care about.
Assume that many others share your dreams.
Be brave enough to start a conversation that matters. Talk to people you know.
Talk to people you don’t know. Talk to people you never talk to.
Be intrigued by the differences you hear. Expect to be surprised.
Treasure curiosity more than certainty.
Invite in everybody who cares to work on what’s possible. Acknowledge that everyone is an expert about something. Know that creative solutions come from new connections.
Remember, you don’t fear people whose story you know. Real listening always brings people closer together.
Trust that meaningful conversations can change your world.
Rely on human goodness. Stay together.”

For organisations or groups facing difficult transitions, governance challenges, leadership confusion, or other conflicts, the tools offered by an experienced facilitator can be powerful to shift blockages and build trust. In my facilitation work I thrive on helping groups through tricky situations, unlocking the potential in your team, and bringing hidden shadows into the light to support transformation and healthy collaboration.
I support Groups, Companies, Organisations and Associations with:
Teambuilding sessions
Training in participatory governance methods
Improving meetings
Transforming conflicts into opportunities
Creating new strategies
Finding or renewing clarity on your vision, mission and goals
I have a decade of experience consulting and facilitating groups with a particular focus on ecovillages and co-housing projects. I am co-initiatior of CLIPS, the Community Learning Incubator for Sustainability: a guide, methodology and consulting and training service for community projects developed by a team of expert facilitators for GEN Europe.
I am specialised in consulting and facilitating:
- Community projects at any stage, particularly early stage: defining your vision and group agreements, working through conflicts, making difficult decisions
- Cooperatives, NGOs and associations: refining your strategy, overcoming conflicts, improving communication and making your group or organisation a more collaborative place.
